For more than 20 years I worked in leadership positions in widely varied health and educational settings. During that time I developed and implemented innovative solutions in start-up, rationalization, transition, and downsizing situations.

15 years ago I incorporated TRANSITIONS, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations undergoing change. My consulting experience includes assisting diverse organizations with a wide range of issues and topics, as well as co-developing and co-facilitating the widely acclaimed Dorothy Wylie Nursing and Health Leaders Institutes. I love working with all aspects of human and organizational development.

I am also widely published in health administration periodicals, and am frequently invited to be a conference speaker and/or event facilitator.
